The retail prices are for reference only. A reference retail price is the full retail price of the same or similar merchandise offered by department stores, specialty shops and other non discount sellers; or our suggested retail replacement cost at open stock prices. Feng Shui Shack suggests that you compare our prices with those offered by others.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Minimum handling fees ARE NOT shipping costs. Minimum shipping costs are applied to purchases of less than $10 shipping. Customers are liable for all shipping costs.

All products come with a warranty from the manufacturer against initial defects. This warranty does not cover shipping and handling damage. All returned merchandise MUST HAVE prior authorization with a Return Merchandise Authorization number. All returned shipments MUST BE in the original undamaged box that may used for restock/resale. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to ALL authorized returned merchandise.

Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any items or cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. KEEP the box until a UPS claim is filed. UPS may require to view the box. All discrepancies must be reported immediately. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. Feng Shui Shack cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on the part of Feng Shui Shack.

Handmade Items / Similar Items
The because handmade items are made on an individual basis some items may differ from the picture. An item may be similar, but it does not mean that it is exactly as pictured.

Rush Orders
A Rush Order puts the buyer in front of the waiting line and does not guarantee delivery within a specified time. During the Holiday Seasons and depending on the shipping method chosen by the buyer delivery can take longer on items than expected. Feng Shui Shack can not be held liable for delivery time of Rush Order merchandise whether it is an in stock item or from a supplier. The consumer purchases a Rush Order at their own request and shall not hold Feng Shui Shack liable for any extra time that the buyer feels that the order should have arrived.

Shipping
Shipping will be determined by Feng Shui Shack. Whenever possible items will be sent through UPS. On occasion items will be shipped USPS.
